The Lies Rejection Tells

To the woman whose heart is still healing…

If you’re struggling to rebuild your confidence after the rejection of a broken marriage or relationship, I want you to know that you’re not alone. Rejection has a way of whispering lies about your worth, your beauty, and your future. It can leave you questioning whether you’ll ever feel chosen again. But another person’s inability to see your value does not change the value God has placed within you. Healing takes time, and it’s okay to grieve what was lost. As God gently restores your heart, He will remind you that your identity has never been determined by someone’s rejection; it has always been established by His unconditional love. One day, you’ll look in the mirror and begin to see yourself through His eyes instead of through your wounds.

My daughter,

I saw you before anyone else ever did.

I loved you before anyone else ever loved you.

I chose you before anyone else ever chose you.

The words spoken over you do not define you.

The rejection you experienced does not diminish your worth.

I have never looked at you and called you ugly.

I have never looked at you and called you insignificant.

I have always called you My beloved daughter.

Come closer.

Let Me heal what rejection could never heal.

Let Me teach you to see yourself through My eyes.
