There are moments in life that stay with you forever…

The Mom of Sons Book Signing is one of those moments for me.

As the day approached, I felt every emotion imaginable: excitement, gratitude, anticipation, and honestly… nervousness. Did I mention nervousness? I prayed constantly that everything would come together beautifully, that people would feel welcomed, encouraged, and inspired.

And God exceeded every expectation.

What filled my heart the most was not just the beautiful setup, the books, the refreshments, or even the support shown through purchases. It was the people. The conversations. The hugs. The encouragement. The prayers. The love that filled the room.

To see people genuinely connect with the vision of Mom of Sons was overwhelming in the best possible way.

Mom of Sons was birthed from God’s instruction, prayer, motherhood, faith, life lessons, and a desire to encourage mothers raising sons through every season of life. To watch people, embrace that vision reminded me that when God gives you an assignment, He will also send the support, provision, and confirmation needed along the way.

One thing I learned from this experience is that courage is not the absence of fear. I was nervous. Very nervous. But I showed up anyway. And in that moment, God reminded me that purpose is always greater than fear.

This book signing was not just about books.
It was about legacy.
It was about healing.
It was about faith.
It was about community.
It was about walking fully in what God has called me to do.

I am deeply grateful to every person who attended, supported, volunteered, prayed, made a purchase, shared a kind word, or simply showed love. Every act of support means more than you know.

My heart is full.

And this is only the beginning.
